I'd like to wish everyone a blessed Ash Wednesday. For those practicing Lent any plans? I have a few, I'm giving up Popeye's on Tuesday, no fast food or restaurant food (only home cooked meals), 45 days of prayer for guidance, and I'm MARINATING on reducing the amount of time spen****ching TV...that's it for now, let's here those menus.
B: Almond Milk; Coffee
S: String Cheese
L: Chili
S: CarbMaster (pre workout); Protein Shake (post workout)
D: Pork Roast; Cucumber Salad
Water: 7/12
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Body Pump (cardio/strength training class)

Just back from what seemed like a seriously long work conference but it was only three days. I'm really needing a home cooked meal and get back on track. Landed late last night so no meal prep at all today...grr!

Finally feeling better today..cold seems to be subsiding. Returning back to normal :-)
B- Hot Chocolate protein drink with 2 tsp instant coffee
L-Shrimp in sundried tomato pesto sauce and steamed veggies
S- Either Greek Yogurt or snack cheese or half Quest bar..haven't decided yet..lol
Afternoon coffee with soy creamer
D- Egg frittata with veggies
Water and vits..on track
Excercise- 30 min eliptical
Breakfast - Stuffed Green pepper
Lunch - hamburger and cheese
Dinner - greek chicken with kalamata olives and feta cheese - yum
vitamins - like clockwork
Water - needs attention
Exercise - off to the recumbent bike soon.
