Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
I will order it again. It's very coconutty, so if coconut isn't your thing, maybe not so good. Good to have in my water bottle, with tons of ice, at the gym (which is what I did with half of it last night). Not super sweet either which I liked. It falls somewhere in the middle of the nectars I've tasted, but is a nice doesn't-feel-like-a-protein-shake change.
Breakfast - ground beef and cabbage casserole
Lunch - stuffed green peppers
Dinner - hamburger with cheese and cucumber salad
vitamins - yes
water - good
exercise - 16 minutes on the recumbent bike
