Ok,   picked 2 out.  One will work for our St Patty's Day party at work.  I am going to make your Green Eggs, No Ham bites and French Onion Bites.

Well for me, I'm still kind of struggling with food and water!  It's 4pm and I think I've only had 150 calories all day!

 

B - boiled egg

L - 3 tbs of chilli

D - shrimp and tomatoes (I hope)

I just don't feel like eating much.  I still feel nauseous sometimes and can't tolerate much food.  I'm really trying.  Between trying to eat and get fluids in, it's a full time job!

B-French onion soup from Panera (tried my best to only eat the broth)

L- Greek yogurt

D-Soup

S- Shake

5 weeks out....

B:  Syntrax Nectar Caribbean Cooler

L:  Refried Beans with cheese

S:  S/F fudge pop

D:  going to dinner, Mexican, so probably refried beans again and a spoon of guacamole

Water:  5, have been struggling due to being sick (for two weeks now)

Vitamins:  yep

Exercise:  35 cardio, plus arm weights.
