Oh how I love the crack slaw myself! I've modified it to add mushrooms, broccoli slaw in addition to the cabbage mix, and use much more Rice Wine Vinegar than it calls for - love the bite. I also like to do half and half ground beef with pork or sausage for a variation.

B: Hot Click caramel shake made w/ 12 oz. water (btw, new caramel flavor is AWESOME!)
S: White chocolate raspberry Quest bar
L: Homemade southwest chicken veggie soup (chicken breast, black beans, corn, peppers, onions and tomato)
S: Chobani black cherry Greek yogurt; probably a turkey/ Swiss cheese roll up when I get home
D: Not sure yet, but I have a whole chicken, frozen chicken breast and more chicken soup at home. So I'm thinking it's going to involve some sort of chicken.
S: Eh. Maybe a turkey/cheese roll up.
Liquids: Behind, but I'm working on it now
Vits: Will take when I get home
Exercise: Will have about 45 minutes to get in and out of the gym (including changing my clothes), so I'm thinking 30 minutes of intense cardio and pull-ups/dips for my arms
Today is day 2 of pre-op and my endoscopy, so fasting and shakes and broth for me!

I am 6 months out and really settling into my food groove. At 54, I am finally learning to cook. :) I have 2 favorites that are easy and freezable. They have become staples in my meal plan.
B - Muffin Tin Crustless Quesh. Love it. Anyone, even me can make this. Eggs and anything else you want to throw in. Cheese, onions, red peppers, diced ham is in this weeks batch. Bake and freeze extra for later.
S - Yoplait greek 100
L - my other favorite thing to cook. Muffin tin mini meatloaf with 1/4 cup of salad
S - turkey roll-up with LC cheese
pre-work out - Premeir Protein shake
