B - Boiled egg and 1/2 Carbmaster "yogurt" - I didn't realize this wasn't a real food....I won't be buying it again but it is yummy
L - Brazilian Shrimp Stew - This was the BOMB! The entire family loved it.

yes - and I hope I stay here for a good week b/c each recipe makes 8 servings - i probably will freeze half.
- general tso's I used the mix from the grocery store and just halved the flour and used stevia instead of sugar.
