Mmmm, LOVE crack slaw!

B - Boiled egg and 1/2 Carbmaster "yogurt" - I didn't realize this wasn't a real food....I won't be buying it again but it is yummy

L - Brazilian Shrimp Stew - This was the BOMB!  The entire family loved it.

D - Chicken Fajita in lettuce wrap.

W - 4/?

V - On track

E - Unlikely to be anything more than snow play and dog walking.  Treadmill arrives in 2 days!

Hey Gorgeous, I am right there with you.  Struggle is REAL ... beyond real.  I guess it's harder for some than others.  I can certainly relate to you.

The struggle is SOOO real and then I went and ADDED 15 more pounds to my original 20lbs.  Anyway I'll never give up so that is saying something!!

B - Nothing pre-workout (won't do that again), Post-workout: Protein Shake, blueberries, Dunkin Donuts Wakeup Wrap with half of the wrap

L - Spinach with Chicken Salad and veggies Salad

S - Greek Yogurt

D - ???

S - Casein "Ice Cream"

W - Not so good today

V - Umm....

E - Orange Theory this morning

yes - and I hope I stay here for a good week b/c each recipe makes 8 servings - i probably will freeze half.  

  • general tso's I used the mix from the grocery store and just halved the flour and used stevia instead of sugar.
  • kung pao: http://chinesefood.about.com/od/poultryreceo/r/kungpaostirfry.htm   I used very little oil (only what called for in the marinade), halved the peanuts and used stevia instead of sugar.
