Good afternoon everyone! I hope everyone is having a nice Sunday - I have fallen in love w/ a vinyassa yoga class on Sundays, so I am feeling good.
B - chike blended w/ greens
S - 1/2 cookie dough quest bar & cookies & cream nectar shake (before & after workout)
L - homemade general tso's chicken w/ broccoli
D - chicken cordon blue
S - pistachios (I'm addicted to these - 130 calorie packs)
E - 2 mile run & vinyassa class

L - Protein pancakes (made with eggs and protein powder, and a tad of coconut flour) with sugar free syrup. Very good - whole family enjoyed - wrote recipe down - will make again. Can see myself wrapping these around turkey sausage links in the future for a "naughty but not really naughty" breakfast treat.
S - Cottage cheese
D - Not sure yet! Have a number of options, mostly soup type objects.
E - Some Wii Fit. Spasms didn't bother me too bad. Hopefully that problem is behind me. (As an aside: due to excess bed rest because of that spasm, I now have the muscle tone of your average basement troll, with none of the perks.)
V - Yep, except I still balk at swallowing the quail-egg-sized Citracals after that one horrible pill-getting-stuck ordeal. Never quite got over that.
W - Not on track. Working that part right now.
