My stall is highlighting another benefit of workout out!
I am almost 3 months out and the weight loss is really slowing down. I know this is to be expected and I'm trying not to be frustrated.
I have been working out a bunch and every time I go to the gym, I feel stronger and faster. It is pretty freaking awesome. So while the scale is not my friend lately, I can tell I am making progress.
I'd really recommend everyone start working out as soon after surgery as possible. The increase in strength is really motivating.
