B - unjury chocolate splendor (my parents dogs chewed up my bag w/ my Chike in it :(  )

S - dannon lnf - chocolate raspberry (best flavor)

L - chicken cordon blue

S - string cheese & maybe nuts on plane

D - taco lettuce wraps

S - nuts maybe or half a quest bar if needed

E - body pump

V - later

W - a bit behind

B- Hot chocolate protein drink with 2 tsp instant coffee

L- Chopped egg salad with calorie wise mayo and 2 slices of high protein cheese

S- Cherry Greek yogurt

Afternoon coffee with soy creamer

D- Going to a resto this eve..looked at the menu online and will be having the grilled marinated chicken breast with veggies

Water and vits ..on track

Excercise- off night

Too bad about the Chike, that was some good stuff that went to waste, booo!

B: HB egg, hummus

S: Quest PB cup, 1

L: Tuna packet, HB egg (change of lunch plans so I will be eating in)

S: Greek Yogurt

D: Kabuki so I need to keep it real ... thin slices of beef rib, 2-3 pieces of a vegas roll, yum!!!

Water, Vits, Walking are good!

I know what a pain.  Luckily it was only one serving.  Flying home today, so only have to go without for 1 day.

Breakfast - salmon and garlic green beans with pine nuts (yum)

Lunch - chicken alfredo - last serving, I'm glad to use it up.

Dinner - beef stroganoff - yum

vitamins - done

water - 4 out of 6

exercise - recumbent bike later today

B: Chike protein iced coffee w/ 4 oz. 2% milk and 8 oz. water

S: Beef jerky

L: Quest white chocolate raspberry protein bar

S: Beef jerky and probably a tall skinny peppermint mocha from Starbucks. But not at the same time. Gross. 

D: Not sure yet. Steamed broccoli will be involved, other than that dunno. Maybe I'll thaw some chicken. 

S: 2% Chobani (cherry)

Water: Chugging

Vits: Done

Exercise: Off day for the gym, but I'm doing a 30 day arm challenge. Today was tricep dips, mountain climbers and pushups. I went tanning on my lunch and did them naked next to the tanning bed before I got dressed. It's all about multitasking people!
