B - unjury chocolate splendor (my parents dogs chewed up my bag w/ my Chike in it :( )
S - dannon lnf - chocolate raspberry (best flavor)
L - chicken cordon blue
S - string cheese & maybe nuts on plane
D - taco lettuce wraps
S - nuts maybe or half a quest bar if needed
E - body pump
V - later
W - a bit behind
B- Hot chocolate protein drink with 2 tsp instant coffee
L- Chopped egg salad with calorie wise mayo and 2 slices of high protein cheese
S- Cherry Greek yogurt
Afternoon coffee with soy creamer
D- Going to a resto this eve..looked at the menu online and will be having the grilled marinated chicken breast with veggies

Excercise- off night

S: Beef jerky and probably a tall skinny peppermint mocha from Starbucks. But not at the same time. Gross.
D: Not sure yet. Steamed broccoli will be involved, other than that dunno. Maybe I'll thaw some chicken.

Exercise: Off day for the gym, but I'm doing a 30 day arm challenge. Today was tricep dips, mountain climbers and pushups. I went tanning on my lunch and did them naked next to the tanning bed before I got dressed. It's all about multitasking people!
