Breakfast: Protein shake - WHEY - I managed it and didn't get sick! YEEAAHHH! My sensitivity seems to be fading. This is a BIG WIN for me.

Snack: Cottage cheese

Lunch: Tuna fish

Snack: Finish off the last container of cottage cheese because there's only about a tablespoon left

Dinner: I may see if I can stomach a bite or two of crock pot chicken. Some sauce of some sort may help.

Water: on track

Exercise: Light aerobics

V: uhhhh

Just wanted to say that I love reading these posts to get an idea of what I should/could be eating soon. I actually logged on just to look for this post since I couldn't earlier.
