Craptastic week. Traveling for work has really screwed up my eating. UGH. Trying my best to stay on track...still no budge on the scale though. Grr

I've had a super hectic & emotional week, but all is calm & well now, thankfully. Plus, I didn't let any of the BS deter me from staying on plan.
