S: not sure but maybe a Dannon Light & Fit Raspberry Chocolate Greek Yogurt

L - inside of a turkey bacon sandwich & some salad (catered work lunch)

S - dannon lnf yogurt strawberry cheesecake

D - chicken cordon blue

S - pistachios or 1/2 of quest bar

E - blast class tonight

W - a bit behind

V - need to take tonight
