breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken Florentine and green beans with pine nuts - double yum.

Dinner -  Beef stroganoff

vitamins - done

Water 4 out of 6

Exercise - recumbent bike - done

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

B: Syntrax fuzzy navel with 12oz water

 

S: 1/3 scrambled egg

 

S: 1/2 reduced fat string cheese

 

L: 1/2 hard boiled egg salad with 1/2tbs reduced fat chipotle mayo

 

S: 1oz feta cheese

 

D: 1/4c homemade chili with 1tbs light sour cream?

 

S: Syntrax protein shake? 

 

W: 44oz,  working at going over 64 today. Been low the past couple days.
