I'm excited that I finally can participate in these things! I'm on the pureed stage, so my menu isn't that exciting.

 

B- 1/4 cup strawberry greek yogurt

S-2 oz. orange juice

L- Pureed soup 1/4 cup

S-Syntax nectar roadside lemonade

D- Probably 1/4 cup oatmeal

 

W: Working on it

V; Starting today

E: Right now, just taking my dog for short walks

L-Chopped egg salad with calorie wise mayo and asparagus

S-Either snack cheese or cherry greek yogurt

Afternoon coffee with soy creamer

D-Taco meat (extra lean) on a low carb tortilla with cheese

Hi everyone! 

 

B - chike

l - slow cooker buffalo chicken and crunchy salad

s - string cheese

s - quest bar (maybe just half)

d - out w/ colleague, some protein and veg

s - rest of quest bar if needed

e - killer spin class 22.3 miles!  This was awesome.

w - on track

v - forgot and now I'm on a plane.  Will try to get it in tonight.

B: nothing...poor planning!

L: mexican chicken salad: romaine, grilled chicken, roasted corn, tomatoes, onions, and beans with low fat tex mex ranch on the side

D: uh not sure at all.  I'm going away on a business trip tomorrow and I need to do laundry and pack tonight.  Hubby isn't home either so not sure if I feel like cooking.  Maybe I'll just pick up a roast chicken...

Ms Shell!!!!!  posting just so I can say I said howdy to a friend I haven't spoken with in a while.

B. Mocha-cocoa-coffee protein shake

S. dry roasted edamame nuts

L. Greek yogurt dip w/ raw veggies and apple slice, 2 Triskitt crackers and 3 TBL chicken pot pie mix

S. ?????

Water is good to go--as are vits.  Not being very consistent with the exercise lately.  

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

B: dannon light n fit yogurt topped with kashi go lean crunch

L: chicken tenders and steamed veggies

S: roasted peanuts

D: chicken sausage and veggie and maybe a good carb

Water 9/12 are in, vits are in, jazzercise tonight. Took 7 mile hike yesterday. Weather was gorgeous here in ATL.
