D- Probably 1/4 cup oatmeal

Water is good to go--as are vits. Not being very consistent with the exercise lately.

Water 9/12 are in, vits are in, jazzercise tonight. Took 7 mile hike yesterday. Weather was gorgeous here in ATL.
