I didn't even think last night when I posted about leading support group that I should include the list I set up for a handout. So, here is the list. Please be aware that our support group has a variety of people who mentioned food sensitivities. There are gluten and dairy free recipes on some of these blogs because I knew some of the local people could use them. As always YMMV.

Helpful Websites and Blogs for Bariatric Surgery Patients

OH will ***** something out if the combination of letters spells anything obscene. In order to turn the ****'s off, you need to allow adult content and be signed in to see it.

Frisco is one of the super successful vets on the forum. His avatar is a black and while drawing of an Asian man. His advise is top notch. You can search for him and read his past posts. One of the best describes the pyloric valve function and how to use it to our advantage.
