Getting sleeved in the AM

Well my big day is almost here and though today I got a little nervous I am really feeling good about it. Please send up happy thoughts and good wishes for me as I can use all the best wishes and encouragement I can get. This has been a long time coming and I just hope and pray that everything goes well. Looking forward to saying goodbye to the high blood pressure, the pre-diabetes diagnosis that seems to track me every doctor I go, lessening the PCOS crazy, the sciatica, the shortness of breath, and looking and feeling great to boot.
