Ticker...what am I doing wrong??

I have never claimed to be a techie...but should getting a ticker to stay in place be this hard?? Does anyone have any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong? I like to log in and "see" my progress on my ticker but it keeps disappearing.

It's not you - it's a bug on OH.  The only way to fix it for now is to completely delete your old ticker and create a new one.  

Thanks for your help! I figured it was a bug but started to think I had done something wrong since I can see everyone else's ticker.

You are welcome!  BTW, you might want to go back into your Message Board settings from the ticker page and backspace to delete the broken ticker - it still shows in your signature!

LOl I can see you ticker  but now I can not see mine, even though i deleted and re did it. Frustrating 

That's the same thing that keeps happening with me! I delete and recreate...and repeat!

after creating your ticker sometimes you have to completely log out and log back in in order for it to take effect. hope this helps

I can't see mine either.  I will try to delete it and redo.
