S:  Boiled Egg
L:  Pumpkin Curry Soup; Pork Chop
S: Protien Shake slushy
D: Fish and Salad (probably)

Water:  8/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  N/A

I have the flu, so I'm picking stuff that's already in the fridge.

B:  tofu scramble

S:  Whole Foods diet delight trail mix

L:  yellow squash and salsa

S:  probably nothing

D:  Engine 2 ancient grain tortilla with sunflower sprouts

Trying to get the vitamins down, and the liquids as well with this flu.

L:  1/4 cup tuna w/egg and low fat mayo on Wheat bread and 1 slice of Swiss Cheese

D:  1 ounce chicken tenders and 1/4 cup refried beans

I can't eat more than this

Water:  52 ounces so far

Vitamins:  Check

Exercise:  32 minute walk around the airport

B: nothing...was in a rush this morning

L: chop't salad...grilled chicken, black beans, avocado, peppers and a little cojita cheese with mexican goddess dressing on the side

S: small bag of skinny pop and a cheese stick

D: steamed chicken and broccoli from chinese restaurant with garlic sauce on the side

S: wine with friends!

Fluid: ok

Vits: ok

X: not tonight

I'm 4wks postop and I've been vaguely nauseous today, no appetite at all. I'm just trying to get my fluids in. So far i have had:

B:  Lite Greek Yogurt

L:  Protein drink

S: 1 TBS peanut butter

D: I'm going to try to eat some fish

S: Another protein drink, if I can stand it.

I"m not sure what's going on. Its just like I don't need anything to eat. I"m not vomiting and I'm not ill. Just can't face food today, I guess.

HW: 229 ; SW: 208 (-21);  GW: 125

Are you in the puréed food stage? How many weeks from surgery was it before you could eat peanut butter? I go to puréed foods on Wednesday.
