6months/60 lbs
I had my six month post surgery appointment yesterday. I could not be happier with my results. My labs are normal and I feel great! There were several people waiting for their last pre-op meeting and I was happy to share with them my success. I know I look normal weight now and felt happy to tell them in a short time they will feel so much better also. Today- moving forward- I have reached the doctor's goals but mine are lower. Thanks friends for your insight and advice.

Congrats on your loss! I have my 6 month post-op appointment in 2 weeks and hope it goes as well as yours. I am excited since at my last appointment I was still at 200lbs. I am so happy to be where I am right now even though I have a little more to go. Great job!
