been away for a bit

I have been reading, but I haven't posted much lately. I've been busy with work and preparing for Christmas. Plus there was my mini tummy tuck three weeks ago, followed by Mike's two weeks ago. Life has been moving at a pretty fast pace. We are both healing up well, but he can't wait to get back to running, and I'm looking forward to getting back on the ice. I'll pop back in as time allows. Oh, my maintenance weight is still within my comfort zone, and I will not let the season creep up on me. My plan of attack? when going to events, bring a VSG friendly dish, that way I know I will have something I can eat.
