1 Year Surgiversary Photos
So, yesterday was my surgiversary. One year ago I was lying on that operating table wondering if I could back out. So scared of the surgery! But, I didn't, and here I am a year later. I couldn't be happier with my decision to get the surgery, even though I am 3lbs short of the 100lbs I set as my year one goal. Oh well!! LOL I did get the coveted both-legs-in-one shot, so I'm thrilled. Life is amazing good post-op! Sure, there are little issues with acid occasionally, and burping, and inconveniently loud stomach noises at time, but running up a flight of stairs or shopping for new clothes in any store I want, keeping up with my friends...all worth it!!
Thanks to everyone who posts here. I may not post often but I read, and have been inspired and comforted by many posts. I WILL see that 100lb lost, hopefully one day soon, you can bet on it!
WOW! You look like a brand new person! Congrats to you...you will get to goal, you're within striking distance!
Great year !

Love those Photos! With little effort, I bet you could completely crawl into those big-girl pants and dissappear. So very well done!
