Truly amazing. I haven't had this much enthusiasm for life and what it has to offer in YEARS. I physically feel good to. I don't get winded easily any more and my knees are MUCH less crunchy. And the CLOTHES!! I've never been what one might call a "fashionista", but I'm REALLY enjoying carving out a new style for myself. I think I'm ending up in the "hipster chic" category, as bad as I hate to admit it. A little new, a little thrift, a little handmade, and a little stolen from my mother and grandmother! Add that to the pixie cut hairdo that I finally got last month after being too afraid for years that my face was too fat for it, and I feel like a new person. I went to a wedding last weekend and kept catching glimpses of my reflection and actually thinking, "Dang! I look GOOD!" This was the first time in ages that I didn't mind having my picture taken.
So to answer your original question... How do I feel? I feel BLESSED. Blessed beyond measure.

Stalls are simply part of the process. They occur typically at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months so consider yourself entirely on schedule ;o)
Yes, make an effort to increase your protein. Early on I used Isopure Plus frequently- super low calorie, no carb, tons of protein, and drinks like kool aid. Actually, I think I may order myself some as I have been slacking on protein lately.
Fluids are important too. If my fluid level drops one day, I always gain weight (water weight). Your body will hold on to fluids if you are not taking enough in. I also retain so fluids after a particularly hard workout that causes a lot of sore muscles.
Just stay on plan and trust the process. It will work! Remember it is the cumulative total that gets you there. On a month by month basis I did not throw up huge numbers, but they certainly added up to goal!
