OK - so I am cooking today!
We have had a change of plans & I found out Tuesday evening that I am cooking today. Anyway, that left food shopping to yesterday after work- the choice in the store was limited so the winner is a spiral ham. Thank you VSG- i am actually calm and ready to go. I have vegetables, pies, almonds and sugar free pudding. My plan this week was to really watch- I have been having 2 protein shakes a day and have kept my eating down to protein and veggies. At 4 1/2 months out I have the energy and power to do well today. It is only a day. I have read everyone's posts and have helped fortify my own. Thanks for the reminders and I am truly thankful for the support here. Have a wonderful day!
