Let's here it!!  I just barely rolled over so no menu planned for me.

L:  2 oz chicken breast

S:  .5 oz beef jerky

D:  Salad of mixed greens, yellow cherry tomatoes and turkey sausage.

Vitamins and liquids all good.  Bum hip so no exercise.  :(

This is my "cut the crap, Danielle" week.  Working my hardest to stick to the plan, hit the gym hard, and lose some LBS!

B: scrambled egg with peppers, onions, and a little shredded cheddar.

L: leftover stuffed chicken breast with red pepper sauce and some brussel sprouts

S: chocolate/peanut butter protein mini muffins a la eggface

D: chicken sesame stir fry...trying out these new "natural" seasoning packets by McCormick...can't find a pic online! grr

S: most likely nada but maybe an ice pop

Fluid: ok

Vits: not ok

X: 30 mins elliptical and a total body class at lucille's!
