I dropped two more pounds -- yay! -- and don't want to mess with my apparently restarted success, so NO bingo goodies, unless they are made of leather or fabric and have cute names like Tignanello, Coach or Vera Bradley. :)
I was a bit misbehaven last night but nothing epic. I was super low carb yesterday and until the evening when I had a few beers all of my calories were from straight up protein. Today I am mixing it up a bit:
B - Protein Shake
S - Kamut Cake with Peanut Butter and Banana Slices
S (post workout) - 1 cup of Skinny Pop Popcorn
L - Haven't decided yet but leaning toward butternut squash soup
D - Have to work the Rodeo again tonight so I will eat a protein snack before I go
S - Yogurt when I get home
W - On track
V - Yep
E - Orange Theory (725 calories burned)
breakfast: 1/4 c. refried beans with 1 slice turkey bacon and shredded pepper jack cheese
lunch: 1/2 turkey hot dog, 1 slice muenster cheese, 2 T. roasted edamame
dinner: 4 large shrimp with blue cheese & hot sauce, 1 babybel mini mozzarella
snacks: 2 protein shakes
vitamins: yup, all done
water: on track
exercise: 45 minutes low impact aerobics + 30 minutes light weights/toning
