Breakfast - meatballs and cheddar cheese

Lunch - green bean and ham casserole - yum

Dinner - chicken in spicy peanut sauce  and mixed veggies

exercise - recumbent bike...as always

Evening - Greek yogurt; shirataki noodles with some fresh parmesan cheese

So glad it's friday, been a long week.

B: special k oatmeal, coffee
L: 2 scrambled eggs and 3 oz. of sausage
D: 1/4 cup of rice and 1 cup of chicken and sausage gumbo
S: Low calorie hot chocolate

water: 8
vitamins: done
exercise: free weights

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!

Wow I will have to try the pumpkin shake. sounds yummy. 

I am still pre op and am in the two week liquid phase prior to surgery. 

Today I had a chocloate premier protein drink......not too bad but not as good as the lucerne ones from safeway. However those are 300 cals and 20 protein and have sugar inthem...no wonder they were so good.....lol

anyway then I had blended potato cheese soup. pretty tasty. 

I will be having blended greek yogurt later on. 

All of your posts give me terrific ideas for afterwards when I am able to eat other than liquids.
