I have my 6 month follow up appointment this afternoon. I'll get an official weighing and l see how my blood work is looking...
Breakfast - Salmon
Lunch - salmon again if I'm lazy, or a hamburger and cheddar cheese and mixed veggies
Dinner - cheesy ham and green bean casserole - yum
Snack - yogurt with protein powder
Vitamins - done
Water 4 out of 6
Exercise - the ever faithful recumbent bike....

B: Grande Skinny Peppermint Mocha (this was a much better choice for my stressed to the max morning than stopping at McD's for a Sausage McMuffin!!)

L: Chicken Walnut Salad from the cafeteria across the street (they are pre-packed and not that big)
D: not sure ... I want to rebel ... it's one of those days.
Someone please remind me why I need to be good again? F*** F***ity F*** F***!!!!!
Water & Vits .... yes I guess, humph!!!
Exercise .... Yes I guess .... my 3 mile walk.

Weird food day for me. I woke up at midnight and couldn't fall back to sleep again.
B: Smoothie with banana, spinach, lime, chia seeds, psyllium husks, hemp protein powder. It was too much, but I drank it all anyway. Appetite is way off because of waking up so early and being so tired.
L: Cucumber, red pepper, avocado, yellow cherry tomatoes and cottage cheese.
I don't think I'll be eating anything else. I got a LOT of calories out of these two meals. I'll get back on track tomorrow.
Vitamins and liquids good. Still feeling terrible so no exercise, and now my hip is acting up. Buh!

Are you feeling better? Couch to 5k Week 3 Day 1? Didn't you just run a half marathon? Have you seen my HIIT Run that would be good workout if you want to burn some calories and getchya sweat on!
