3 month & (almost) 5 month progress pics
I wasn't able to get my pre-op picture from the surgeon's office into my profiles because it's not formatted correctly. I'm 5'3" and started at 235 lbs. I'm posting these pics to show my progress and apologize in advance for the bad hair and no make-up. I highly prefer the pic where I'm more covered up.
Even though I have 19-20 lbs. to go to goal I feel like there is MUCH more to be lost from the belly area. And yes, I do exercise. Oh well...progress, not perfection, right?
Here is me at 3 mo. post-op - 171 lb.
And here I am in the same outfit at (almost) 5 mo. post-op - 155 lbs.
And here's one fully dressed - I prefer this one! Clothes hide a LOT!!
And I'm certain that there will be at least a tummy and neck lift in my future - ha!
Congratulations you look wonderful...you have done such a great job and are so encouraging to others. Thank you for taking the time to pay it forward so selflessly. You go girl!
Kind regards,
Denise
