L: 1/2 of a 1/2 (so that makes 1/4 right?) of a Wendy's grilled chicken BLT cobb salad
S: Stopping for coffee before I get my nails done after work
D: Grilled ham steak, garden salad and steamed broccoli
S: I have this thing for mini Halloween pretzel bags (50 cals) and a Laughing Cow wedge (35 cals). Freakin hits the spot. And BTW, lots of Halloween non-candy mini bags available super cheap right about now. I got 70 mini bags of pretzels for $6. I don't care if I'm eating pretzels with a pumpkin on them at Christmas time.
Liquids: Good.
Vits: Will finish when I get home
Exercise: Got called in to work as I was pulling into the gym today. Alas, my triumphant return was postponed.
