B: 2oz. baked chicken, 1 hard boiled egg
S: strawberry greek yogurt (it's low sugar but still probably not my best opinion but I needed something sweet!)
L: 2oz. baked chicken, 1 hard boiled egg again ... 'cause it's good!

D: chorizo w/scrambled eggs (I hope I am not over doing it with the eggs!)
Water: 5 cups so far ... that's good for me considering it's only 9am here!
Vits: need multi & Vit.D after lunch
Walking 3 miles I hope!

I'm having a seriously no good, bad eating, low energy crap week. Busy with work and family stuff and I haven't been able to cook at all. I can't wait to have my weekend free to cook cook cook!!!

L: wasn't able to bring lunch today so bought from our cafeteria. Some chicken patty thing that I ate half of and some snow peas. BLAH

D: eating out AGAIN ugh but will be getting roasted chicken and greens on the side. THAT'S IT.

vitamins: have to buy some, dr. also told me to up my vitamin D3 blood test showed it was low.
