It's Tuesday and normally that means Popeyes, but not today!!

B:  Coffee; Protein Bar
S:  2 Boiled Eggs; 2 Strips Turkey Bacon
L:  Stuffed Bell Pepper; Mashed Cauliflower
S:  Protein Shake
D:  Turkey Patty w/cheese; Broccoli Slaw

Water:  4/12
Vitamins:  Yes
Exericse:  Rest

Why no Popeye's today Ms. Shell???  Hope you are doing well!!

B: 2oz. baked chicken, 1 hard boiled egg

S: strawberry greek yogurt (it's low sugar but still probably not my best opinion but I needed something sweet!)

L: 2oz. baked chicken, 1 hard boiled egg again ... 'cause it's good!

S: ???

D: chorizo w/scrambled eggs (I hope I am not over doing it with the eggs!)

Water: 5 cups so far ... that's good for me considering it's only 9am here!

Vits: need multi & Vit.D after lunch

Walking 3 miles I hope! frown

Because Popeyes is ALWAYS one of my indulgences when I see the scale moving.  The scale is playing with me over the last week so making adjustments is necessary.

B: 2 tbsp Malt O'Meal -- great source of protein! I was surprised, tbsp fruit cup

L: Protein Bar

S: 2 tbsp Yoplait Light Yogurt

D: 1 egg, scrambled, with some added reduced fat feta

 

4 weeks post surgery.

Water: Working on 1st 24 oz cut

L: cream cheese pancake with honey ham mayo

s: unjury chicken soup, cold here

D: teriyaki chicken w/ veg.

E: none today off to work again by 5:30

I'm having a seriously no good, bad eating, low energy crap week.  Busy with work and family stuff and I haven't been able to cook at all.  I can't wait to have my weekend free to cook cook cook!!!

B: piece of toast

L: wasn't able to bring lunch today so bought from our cafeteria.  Some chicken patty thing that I ate half of and some snow peas.  BLAH

S: skinny pop

D: eating out AGAIN ugh but will be getting roasted chicken and greens on the side.  THAT'S IT.

 

I seriously can't wait to get back to normal life.

L: 1 cup of beefy vegetable meatball soup
D: 1 serving of ricotta cheese meatball bake
S: Green salad with light ranch dressing

water: 6 so far
vitamins: have to buy some, dr. also told me to up my vitamin D3 blood test showed it was low.
