Juicers
Ive decided to give it a shot. Im fat and bloated and I feel like crap. Im never going to love veggies soooo any good recipes/suggestions?
im still in agonizing pain and hoping just to get surgery soon.

I juiced for a while and never followed a "recipe" per se, but I always generally used kale and spinach for the base and then added some sort of fruit in there to make it taste tolerable. Strawberries are a good go to because they really sweeten the drink without adding a ton of cals/carbs. Pineapple too, but that can be a little high in sugar/carbs/cals. I didn't know about Torani/Davinci syrups when I juiced, but I bet they'd be great to experiment with.

I made a pineapple, apple and cucumber drink. It's the only 1/4 that tasted good but seeing as how it's just a fruit juice, no wonder.

While I've never juiced, I was making juice to deal with all of the extra greens I was getting in my CSA.
I was throwing kale or swiss chard into a blender w. a scoop of vanilla protein powder and some ice. If you need added sweet, try a half of a banana (try preslicing and freezing them) or a handful of berries.
I think the key is to try to avoid the pitfalls of adding too much fruit and therefore way too much sugar (ala my fav JAMBA JUICE!!!) in there.
