What a beautiful day it is today. I'm doing nothing but cooking so far this morning. I've made stuff bell peppers and on tap for later is Thai Shrimp Curry, Summer Stirfry, Craw Slaw, Mashed Cauliflower, and also a dessert recipe ala Eggface Ricotta Parfait to have with some cantaloupe. I love being on plan and being in control. I am planning my days, my weekends, my "treats," my everythings. There is no reason when I buy groceries that I should feel the need to buy other food. Just have it prepared and I know I can get to it. It's not like in the hunting and gathering days when we didn't know WHERE our next meal was coming from. Well let me finish cooking lol

Today's menu plan
B: Stuffed Bell Pepper
S: Coffee
L: Beef Stirfry (Steak; Bell pepper; onion)
S: Ricotta Parfait w/canteloupe
D: Thai Curry Shrimp

Water:  8/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  No

That food all sounds wonderful. I also find I am eating much better now that I am planning my meals carefully.  I've learned to cook a lot of interesting veggie dishes.  I've got a much broader set of recipes, and I enjoy the food I eat even more than when I could eat anything I wanted.  That's an unanticipated benefit of the sleeve!  Have a good weekend everyone.  Happy cooking Ms Shell!!

Breakfast - leftover steak tips, green beans and broccolli

Lunch - left over salmon and pan-fried cabbage

Dinner - Tilappia with capers and lime

Vitamins - done

Water - 3 out of 6

Exercise - my old reliable recumbent bike

Good morrning all.
Things have been stagnant for about 6 weeks. I keep bouncing back and forth wuth the same 4 lbs. So today I am changing things around. I walked all the dogs early, now yard work and then housework. I figure my body has become used to the same routine everyday so I will do things at a different time. And add some yard work.

B: toast and premier protein shake
No snack.
L: 1/2 c vegie beef soup
S: greek yogurt
D: cube steak with green beans

V: b-12 and multi. Only 2-3x's p/week per doctor.
E: yep. Lots of it today!

Today, I'm doing full liquids... I'm not getting enough fluids in and it's showing up in my dry skin.  So, I'm hydrating today!
