Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
I went to see him thinking we had lots to do and I allotted myself lunch w/ him chili..
We'll not much to do so I asked if he wanted breakfast instead so my day got a little off of what I planned...
B: lite and fit Greek ( had it before I knew I was having secondies of breakfast!)
B take 2: 2 scrambled eggs..1 slice bacon
L: OH no had 2 breakfasts..
S: nope
D:grilled chickened string beans w/ balsamic dressing
A local deli makes this and 1 order is now 4 meals for me!!
S: protein shake after workout tonite..

Breakfast - parmesan crusted chicken and roasted veggies
Lunch - greek chicken with Feta, olives and tomatoes, fried cabbage
Dinner - salmon with green beans.

L: salad w/ 2.5 oz chicken
S: 3 mini golden oreos (shoot me!) and about 8 cocoa roast almonds- keeping it real, people!!
D: baked chicken w/ some kind of veggie
S: hoping to keep it to pepperoni crisps w/ 1 oz.cheddar cheese
water: almost to my goal of 75oz and will keep going

exercise: 45 min recumbent bike
B: two eggs.
Snack after weights, hamburger and eggplant relish
L: faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower) mixed with eggplant and lean hamburger meat.
S: zucchini pancakes with a touch of lite sour cream
D: homemade smoked duck sausage with apple sauce and cinnamon ( I know, the carbs...but I am doing it in maintenance).
What will almost certainly throw a huge wrench in my otherwise clean eating day, is that we are going to see Steve Vai tonight and I do not promise to be good, or even a little good. In other words, bring on the cranberry vodka, high heel over the knee platform boots, tight little jeans and a tank top. Top this off with a form fitting leather jacket and you have an evening..... Don't expect much from me posting wise tomorrow morning....

S: 3 oz yogurt with blueberries
L: Tuna salad
Unexpected S: 1 brownie quest bar. I did not expect to eat this, but hormones and boredom got me!
Expected S: 1 cup of raw cauliflower
D: 1 egg omelet with cheese and veggies, asparagus.
Morning - latte; broiled chicken breast; red beans
Afternoon - shrimp salad; latte
Evening - broiled salmon with basil pesto; shelled edamame; Greek yogurt
exercise - get on the crosstrainer at the gym and finish watching A Good Day to Die Hard - nothing like car chases and gun battles to keep you moving!
