Meal 1-Quest cookie dough bar 8am
regular coffee around 9am
Meal 2-small tilapia filet and scrambled cheese eggs 1230pm (i LOVE eggs!-I usually would've eaten this around 1030-11am but got busy at work)
Meal 3-chicken breast and broccoli stir fry concoction 3 or 4pm-ish OR greek yogurt depending on when i get hungry again at work
Meal 4-protien bar? some type of snack when i get home from work around 6pm-ish
Meal 5-may make a batch of ground turkey crack slaw for dinner or chicken breast/broccoli stir fry concoction????
Vit-took a multivi today...I plan to get back on track with taking some vits daily
Exercise-hopefully I can use my new Livestrong treadmill I JUST got this past week and finished putting together yesterday
Water-halfway through my 1st 50.7 fl oz bottle of deer park and I need to try to get down another one before the end of the day
Goal........................DO NOT buy any fun size Milky Ways from the store next to my job or indulge in any jelly beans that my boyfriend has a big box of at home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lunch: tuna salad made with guacamole, balela salad, babybel white cheddar mini round
dinner: sardines and cauliflower "rice"; maybe some cheese if my macros on MFP permit it
snacks: morning: Chike protein coffee with extra instant espresso powder and afternoon: vanilla caramel latte protein shake (carbmaster reduced sugar vanilla milk + vanilla protein powder + instant espresso powder + Torani sugar free classic caramel syrup). Yes, I do love my coffee!
