OMG Today is TUESDAY and I actually don't have Popeyes in the plan...well the plan JUST changed or not we'll see!!

B:  3oz Chicken Breast; Lettuce/Onion/Dressing
S:  N/A or Coffee
L:  3oz Pork; Lettuce/Onion/Dressing
S:  Boiled Egg
D:  Popeyes??; Salad

Water:  4/12
Vitamins:  Yes
Exercise:  60 minutes treadmill

Hi All,

 

Breakfast - parmesan crusted chicken and roasted veggies

Lunch - Greek chicken with Feta, olives and tomatoes - yum

Dinner - left over beef stroganoff -without the cream - pan-fried cabbage

Vitamins - done

water - 2 of 6 -  I better get going on this!

Exercise - off to my recumbent bike soon...

B - Protein Shake (Dymatize Iso-100 Gourmet Chocolate) with Almond Milk, Rice Cake with Peanut Butter and Banana, Coffee (all post-workout)

L - Quinoa Turkey Kale Meat with Spaghetti Squash Au Gratin w/Bacon

S - Almonds (mid afternoon) and  Protein Bar (on way home pre-workout)

D - Steak and Sweet Potato

S - Greek Yogurt or Casein Protein Shake

W - On track but slow

V - Yes (YEAH!)

E - Orange Theory, Stairs, Leg Day!

B: Click Mocha (no more splenda, it's probably not needed anyway, the after-taste is buggin' the crap out of me this morning!)

L: Provolone Meatloaf (the last of it ... I've had my fill ... on to something different manana)

D: Talapia w/ steamed veggies 

I am trying hard not to snack by chuggin' water all day long ... we shall see.

Bfast snack: protein coffee

Bfast: greek yogurt

L: sausage with broccoli rabe

S: maybe 1/2 protein shake

D: dont judge! Pizza and wings. Wings first so I don't eat a whole slize of pizza.

S other 1/2 shake- gotta keep up the protein

Water: half way!

Vitamins: later today

Exercise: none really but while I bake and decorate sugar cookies tonight (that I wont even be eating at all) I will go for a walk around the block while the dough is getting cold in the fridge- anything counts right?
