GNC Total Lean Shakes
Just thought I'd give my opinion or review if you will...on GNC Total Lean Shake 25, Pumpkin Spice. Simply put, it's AH-MA-ZING. I'm VERY picky when it comes to protein drinks. I don't like Premier RTDs as many of you do. There are a bunch of other protein drink products that I've tried over the last year and I didn't like. Luckily my hubby is also WLS patient and he takes my leftovers. (LOL) But this Pumpkin Spice is really good. It doesn't leave a "protein-ey" after taste. That's my word for it, don't know how else to describe it. They are lactose free and that has a distinct taste all its own, but I can tolerate that. Nutritional stats are good too. A 14 oz RTD bottle has 170 calories, 25 grams protein, only 6 carbs and 3 grams of that is fiber, so I'm happy with that. As a snack I'd only drink 1/2 a bottle, but as a meal replacement I can drink the whole dang thing. It is a little pricey @ $11.00 for a 4 pack.
That's my opinion. Hope it helps someone looking for a new protein drink to try. I'm always looking for something new, so if you have any suggestions, leave me a comment please!

I agree, it's amazing! I drove to 3 different GNCs yesterday, only one had that flavor....
yeah, it might be pricey, but if I think how much I used to spend for a meal, I think it's still a good deal (and better for me).....I am afraid it will probably be just a seasonal flavor though, so hope to stock up when I can.
