It's FRIDAY...yeah FRIDAY...woot woot FRIDAY!!! I have a beautiful 3 DAY WEEKEND. With nothing but healthy eating, hanging with friends and exercise planned. I love it!!
B: Protein Coffee (I just add a ready to drink protein to my coffee and slowly heat)
S: 2oz Avocado; 3 slices Turkey Bacon; 1 Boiled Egg
L: 3.5oz Chicken Breast; Lettuce/Onion/Dressing

D: Thai Shrimp Curry; Salad

Trying to up my protein to see if the scale will move (though I'm still losing inches)
B: Chai protein shake with Oregon Sugar free Chai concentrate, Syntrax Vanilla Bean Torte, and milk
S: 2 7/8 oz boneless smoked pork loin
L: 3 oz smoked trout; 1/4 C swede
S: 2 oz rotiesserie chicken breast; 1 slice reduced fat provolone
D: 3 oz gyro meat and 2 Tbs. Labne

D: going out for Italian tonight. Not sure what will get, but maintenance is going well, so I may have a small portion of somehing I might not normally order or maybe not, but that it is the beauty of it- I can figure out how to manage it! I will definitely skip the garlic rolls. I will have small salad and small portion entree.
