B: protein shake(one scoop unflav injury, skim milk 1 packet truvia and coffee!)

S: 100cal almond packet

L: Olive garden grilled chicken(taken off the top of pasta) 3 small pieces and salad w/ OG dressing

S: light cheese stick

D: 1 taco  cup(recipe from printerest) made with ground turkey 2 wonton wrappers cheese and refired beans and salsa

 

W: so far 36oz

V; forgot this morning made note for evening

X: gym 30min cardio, free weights biceps
