D - Crock Pot Chicken (no idea what it is my MIL is making it)
S - Greek Yogurt, Fake Honey, Fiber One Cereal

E - Orange Theory, 5 flights of steps, chest/shoulders later
Hubby had a stomach virus for the past two days and I'm praying I don't get it! I'm feeling a little queasy today though so trying to keep it light.
B: a few bites of dry rice chex
L: work lunch out, had a chicken cobb salad
S: some pop chips...looking for some salt to quell the queasy
D: like I said, hubby and I are not feeling well. I have some leftover roasted chicken in the fridge but I might just have some soup. Who knows.
S: probably nothing but maybe a sugar free ice pop

I gave up Artificial Sweetener!!!!!! I was drinking a lot in my coffee... It's been a month and my body doesn't get the aces and pains like it did! I use very little natural sugar in my coffee and am down 5 pounds this month.
