Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
Yay..... 3 weeks out and trying to get back into a normal routine.
b - Premier Protein Shake
s - Yoplait GY
l - 1 oz ground beef with sloppy joe sauce
s - 2 crackers and LC cheese
d - either tuna fish or I might try Tilapia.
W - behind
V - morning done
X - not allowed yet so just walking.
Happy Tuesday....thank God it's not Monday!
B: Made my own pumpkin latte....YUMMY! 1/4 cup of pumpkin, 6 oz of unsweetened almond milk, 1 packet of chike coffee protein, 1 packet splenda and dash of cinnamon.
L: 1 cup of my homemade chicken, mushroom and white bean soup.
D: Not positive yet. Either chicken breasts or cauliflower pizza. Haven't decided yet.
S: Probably need to up my food intake instead of coffee! Medium iced coffee with skim & splenda.
V: Done
W: Only 40 so far
X: walked for 35 minutes at lunch. Planning on going to gym tonight. I might actually try a beginning spin class (if I can get there on time). If not, weights/walking.

I dropped my new phone and broke the screen. I am trying to remember if the insurance transferred from my old phone. I dont think it did. I think I brushed it off as I hadnt broken a phone before.
Plus I had to turn around this morning when I forgot my glasses.
B: premier protien shake and light & fit greek yogurt.
L: small boneless skinless chicken thigh grilled and 1/2 cup baked beans.
D: ice cream? Cake?...no? Ok probably pork roast with green beans
W: yes
V: still waiting on Doc's decision.
E: walking at both breaks.
May tomorrow be so much better.

backed up a little ate the ham roll ups not realizing I had to get 4 more glasses in now have to wait 1/2 hr GGRRRRR!!!!
