174 today and size 11!!! Wow!!!
I'm actually terrible about logging my food but I eat pretty much normal stuff, I can't gag down protein shakes any more I can have a piece of saves killer bread toast, or a small handful of mini wheats for breakfast or an egg, for lunch I love lentils soup a can lasts me about 3-4 meals I can only eat about 3-4 bites. I can eat about 3 bites of salmon or chicken or steak for dinner maybe a bite of vegetables not the best writing down what I eat. But I'm happy with not being able to over indulge but I don't beat myself up if I have maybe 5 chips once in a while or a half of a cookie. I never intended to give up everything but cookies actually make me sick a lot of carbs do.
wow. Congratulations. Its awesome fitting into smaller clothes. It makes everything seem so much more real.
