Tomorrow I get to see many of those I have shared this journey with.  I can't wait!!

B:  4 slices turkey bacon; 1 boiled egg
S:  Coffee; 1/2 Protein Bar
L:  Tuna Salad; Cabbage Salad
S:  Cheese Stick
S:  Protein Shake (during/post workout)
D:  ??  I don't know but I need to figure it out.

Water:  4/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Treadmill 3-4miles

S: Iced Coffee ... yum, I have no snacks at work expect a tuna ready packet.  I guess I'll eat that if I get hungry.

D: Vegas Roll

Water & Vits are good

I hope to get some walking in today.  Wish I could meet up with those who will be arriving from out of town for the conference but I have my kids & need to stick to their weekly schedule.  See you tomorrow in the afternoon!

L: half a stuffed pepper filled with ricotta and turkey sausage (eggface recipe) and half a small pork chop

S: I have a cheese stick and arugula salad so maybe that

D: Making the hubby butternut squash and spinach stuffed lasagna rolls.  I'm going to eat the stuffing mostly, it's a skinnytaste recipe.

S: WW ice cream treat

Fluid: ok

Vits: meh

X: LR Total Body Boot camp tonight!

You guys have fun at the conference.  Hopefully I can make it next year!

 

Breakfast - chicken tika masala and cheese

Lunch - parmesan crusted chicken and mashed cauliflower

Dinner - something with ground beef and roasted veggies.  need to pick a recipe...

snack - broth with protein powder

vitamins - done

water - 3 out of 6

exercise - the dependable recumbent bike
