Climbing out of hole

Hi Alison!

I'm so glad you are starting to feel better.  I know that the main reason why you didn't gain a bunch of weight or spiral out of control, had to be that you kept your focus.  You didn't bury your head in the sand about what you were eating or what the scale said.  I know you kept going to MyFitnessPal and logging, even the "bad" stuff.  That's a huge inspiration for me and I hope to be able to do the same when I have more time under my belt.  My struggles will continue to come but I know I can't hide from them or I will end up at 3 bills again!

Thanks so much for sharing everything you do.  It really does encourage the rest of us that even though the honeymoon phase and the pink clouds of WLS wears off, it is possible to stick around.  Congrats on all your success!! :-)
