Whatcha eating today VSGers...Monday!!
Working down in Tulsa, OK for the next few days. Food has been good so far...I planned well ahead for this trip.
B: 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice bacon
S: string cheese, protein shake later
L: 2 oz. chicken w/1 T. mayo
S: 6 turkey sausage bites
D: 3 oz. salmon, some veggie bites if I have room
E: this place as a good gym - got in my kettlebell routine and 30 min on the elliptical
