L: Chicken Breast (I forgot my salad so it's just chicken for lunch!)

D: Tuna on a bed of romaine
Water & Vits ... I was bad all weekend so I got to do better today.
I wanna whip out my Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD & start with the advanced. It's not really hard, just faster. I wanna test myself!

Hehe, and mini confession. I've been posting on this thread for a year and a half and I still have to double-check myself and make sure I type "D" for Dinner. Out here we call it Supper (pronounced Sup-pah).
B: Nothing
S: Gross instant coffee with 1/2 SF hot cocoa packet to disguise the taste (My office coffee maker is broken on a Monday!!!)
L: Lentil soup
S: Warm Click protein shake
D: Grilled chicken breast and steamed broccoli
S: Sliced cukes
Liquids: Good.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Straight from work to school today.
Wish I could be in Cali with you guys this week but work calls. Ugghh. Have a great time.

Water 5/12 are in, Vits are in, Jazzercise tonight. Had an awesome 8 mile hike again on Saturday. Hubby and I are trying to make this a regular weekend activity.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
I am doing the Beck Diet Solution workbook (cognitive therapy) to help me with my emotional eating. Today's homework is to only eat two meals, breakfast and dinner, and every hour rate how uncomfortable you really are. Like, is it like broken leg uncomfortable? (High) Or healing paper cut uncomfortable? (Mild) It's to make you see how being hungry really isn't all that awful. So far, it's either been none or mild.
B: Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
D: Carnitas on herb mix salad greens, cauliflower and pear.
Vitamins, water and exercise all good.
