I think my girl has today off and so here we go!!!

B:  4 slices turkey bacon; 2oz avocado; 1 string cheese
S:  Coffee
L:  4oz talapia; 4oz sauteed cabbage
S:  ??
D:  4oz Chicken; 2oz Avocado; 3oz Lettuce; 1 tbsp Dressing

Water:  6/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  N/A

B:  oatmeal

L: kale super food salad, grilled chicken

S: don't know yet

D: same as lunch

S: quest bar and decaf coffee with SF Italian sweet creme

water: working on it, behind...will have 12 to 14 cups

vitamins: always

exercise: maybe a bike ride, but doubtful...I'm sore from PT

Ms, Shell - I just noticed that you are eating 8 ounces per meal, and then I noticed that you are 5-6 years post op.  I'm impressed with your diligence - still logging all your food after 6 years, and still participating in the discussion board.  Thank you for being here for all us newbies, and for doing the "whatcha eating today" posts.  You are an inspiration to us!

 

 

Breakfast  -  Chicken Tika Masala

Lunch - Chicken with feta cheese, greek olives and tomatoes

Dinner - ground beef and Cabbage casserole

Snack - none

Vitamins - done

Water - 3 out of 6

Exercise - recumbent bike - done

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Thanks but when I first realized I could eat over 8oz and all my other Sleevers feel stuffed on 5-6 or LESS well that didn't sit well, but I remind myself this is MY journey.   Thank you.  I'm battling some regain so I'm back to being diligent (it comes and goes)...thank you all of I am is the inspiration I have gotten from people like you!!

D - No idea I just want to get the hell out of here. Its been a long time since I worked 40 hours in an office.
