Ms, Shell - I just noticed that you are eating 8 ounces per meal, and then I noticed that you are 5-6 years post op. I'm impressed with your diligence - still logging all your food after 6 years, and still participating in the discussion board. Thank you for being here for all us newbies, and for doing the "whatcha eating today" posts. You are an inspiration to us!

Dinner - ground beef and Cabbage casserole

Thanks but when I first realized I could eat over 8oz and all my other Sleevers feel stuffed on 5-6 or LESS well that didn't sit well, but I remind myself this is MY journey. Thank you. I'm battling some regain so I'm back to being diligent (it comes and goes)...thank you all of I am is the inspiration I have gotten from people like you!!
