You ARE doing the right thing. You will be so happy with the results!!! Everything is harder in the beginning ... not being able to eat solid food for a few weeks and adjusting to the new lifestyle but we can make it work and make the best of it and you will look cute doing it ... go gurl!!!

I am right there with Rob ... about 4-5 ounces of dense protein with a small serving of veggies. I am also 2 years out.
But, I can still be satisfied with a protein shake for breakfast or even 1 egg, as long as I drink plenty of water before lunch or a mid-morning healthy snack. Of course I could eat more than that for breakfast but it's doable right now that I am trying my best to be back in weight loss mode.
