You ARE doing the right thing.  You will be so happy with the results!!!  Everything is harder in the beginning ... not being able to eat solid food for a few weeks and adjusting to the new lifestyle but we can make it work and make the best of it and you will look cute doing it ... go gurl!!!

You made me smile! I "window" shop every day online. I soooo must get from my size 26 to a NORMAL size. I'll take 12 or even 14, but I love lookng at all the clothes and pretending to buy them. I want to be cute dangit!

I am right there with Rob ... about 4-5 ounces of dense protein with a small serving of veggies.  I am also 2 years out. 

But, I can still be satisfied with a protein shake for breakfast or even 1 egg, as long as I drink plenty of water before lunch or a mid-morning healthy snack.  Of course I could eat more than that for breakfast but it's doable right now that I am trying my best to be back in weight loss mode.
