Exercise:  N/A

Water, Vitamins and Exercise on track.  A little slow on the exercise...it is HOT out there today!  I will go to the mall after work to walk.

Breakfast - Salmon

Lunch - Parmesan-crusted chicken

Dinner - deviled eggs

Snack -chicken broth with protein powder if needed to get protein numbers up

Vitamins - done

Water - 3 of 6 - I need to get going

Exercise - recumbent bike - done (smile)

This week is almost over...YAY!
B:premier protein
S:smart one popcorn
L: bbq pork loin and 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: nothing. Working out of town and didnt bring enough for snack.
D: bbq boneless chicken thigh marinated in teriyaki sauce and green beans.
S: yogurt..greek

Interesting day. My son and his girl friend have just split and he is moving home for a couple months to save some money and figure out what he wants. Its been 4 years since he's lived there.
This will be interesting.
