D: 3 oz Italian tuna in olive oil well drained tossed with romaine and chopped cucumber
S: 8 oz unsweetened Almond milk with nutmeg on top
B: 1 1/2 scoops protein shake
L: 1/2 cup leftover home made crockpot beef w/ broccoli (YUM-O)
D: chilled poached salmon w/cucumber dill sauce, sautéed spinach
