B: 2 hard cooked eggs, 1 tbs low fat cream cheese

S: 1 protein shake made with water and 1 scoop Syntrax Chocolate Truffle protein powder

L: 3.5 oz ground turkey breast meat burger, 2 tomato slices, oregano

D: 3 oz Italian tuna in olive oil well drained tossed with romaine and chopped cucumber

S: 8 oz unsweetened Almond milk with nutmeg on top

You are the only other person I know who loves that commercial as much as I do!!  My husbands name is Mike and that is how I wake him up on Wednesdays..... "Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike.... Guess what day it is?" and he being a good sport always responds in his best camel voice :)
