Uh oh, guess what day it is?  Guess what day it is?  Huh?  Anybody?  Aw c'mon I know you can hear me.  What day is it!!!  IT'S HUMP DAY!!!  Woot Woot!!! B: Iced Coffee, then Spiced Pear carbmaster yogurt

S: another iced coffee please!

L: Carne Asada, jack cheese, onions, cilantro

S: nothing I hope, trying to save a few calories for dinner

D: Dinner at Kabuki Sushi so maybe a shrimp roll ... OMG, yum!!!

Not hungry today so figured I could have a semi liquid fast. Haven't fasted in ages so won't hurt me.

Water 5/12 in,  vits are in,  took power walk on break, Going to mountains of NC tomorrow-planning lots of hiking!

Breakfast - Parmesan crusted chicken

Lunch - Salmon and mashed cauliflower

Dinner - hamburger with Swiss cheese

Snack - broth with protein powder if I need the protein

vitamins - done

water - 3 out of 6

exercise - recumbent bike - done

stalled for a week - hoping for a loss soon.

B: half a bialy - wanted to do a shake this morning but ran out of time grr

L: I almost forgot to eat my lunch because I have an interview later this afternoon and I'm SO NERVOUS ugh.  Half a TJ's frozen eggplant parm and some arugula salad

S: probably nothing - nervous nelly I am

D: again not sure because I have the interview and then my therapists appointment.  I might cook this korean spicy beef dish but depends on what time I get home otherwise we might just do take out roasted chicken.

S: probably a glass of wine to help get over the nerves haha

Is it crazy that i read these "Watcha Eating" posts every day even though I am still on full liquids??!  I am looking forward to starting the pureed stage starting Saturday!.......sooooo

B   Hot chocolate made w/ 5oz milk and protein powder warmed.

D  cup of  Unjury chicken soup flavor

s   SF ice pops - maybe 2 as it is 90D today
